Inai Bumi Sdn Bhd ("Inai Bumi" or the "Company") is in the final preparation for the development of a new palm oil based biodiesel production facility in Sabah. The proposed production facility is expected to produce 100,000 metric tons of palm oil-based biodiesel per annum plus approximately 10,000 metric tons of pharmaceutical and technical grade glycerine as co-products.

The project is expected to cost in the region of RM 120,000,000 and the Company is negotiating with one of the largest biodiesel technology promoters and contractors in the world, Lurgi AG to provide the necessary biodiesel technology and plant construction expertise.

The plant is targeted to go into production the first quarter of 2010.
